How to Get a Smile (and Lots of Them) During Difficult Times in Life

When life seems to be so difficult, a smile we've got could make a lot of difference.
Instructions
Difficulty: Easy
Things You’ll Need:

* Your best warm smile.
* A mirror.

Step1
Decide that you're going to give your self some time for your self, on every single day. Just a couple of minutes, two times a day (before starting your daily activities & before go to sleep, especially when you feel at your best).

Step2
Prepare your self well, so that you could be at your best performance & mood at those two times on every single day. Perhaps by setting your room's lighting, burn scented candles, or anything you can do to make you feel better.

Step3
Use the mirror to see your own reflection.

Step4
Give your self a very warm and big smile.

Step5
Give your self more warm and big smiles to appreciate all the good things you've done and every single good things that you've got.
