How to Detox Your Body: Easy & Cheap Ways

Things You’ll Need:

* Your good & strong will to help your own body system.

Step1
Drink lots of water. Make sure that those water are clean & healthy. You can also put some drops of mineral supplement before you drink them to help your body in cleaning its system.

Step2
Make friend with milk, vegetable & fruit members. Other than that, don't forget to consume lots of vitamin C. If it's quite difficult for you to get some from fruits & vegetables, then you also can take lots of vitamin C supplement. As you've known before, our body can easily get rid of unneeded vitamin C. So, better more than less vitamin C.

Step3
Stay away from high-risk factors. Such as, long period of ear-phone using that might trouble your ears with bacterias, sex with no protection, etc.

Step4
Stay active, no matter what. If you're not those sporty type, at any time you can try to move your body more. For example, window shopping more often, dancing while listening to good musics, etc.

Step5
Listen to your body need. Rest when you're tired, sleep when you're sleepy, wake up when you've feel refreshed, eat when you're hungry, stop eating when you feel full, etc.
